Refund Policy

The desktop app itself is free to download, so this policy covers subscription payments only.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund of a subscription payment within [REVIEW: refund window, e.g. 14 days] of the charge.

Because a subscription funds AI usage credits that we pay for immediately, we may reduce or decline a refund in proportion to the credits already used. [REVIEW: confirm this rule, or drop it for a simpler no-questions-asked window.]
