Before you install
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
- An API key for an OpenAI-compatible provider, or a Rin Chat subscription.
- Disk space for your own cards and chats. The app stores them locally.
After you install
- Set a password. It protects the encryption key for your local data.
- Save the recovery key somewhere safe. It is the only way back in if you lose the password.
- Add a provider under settings, or sign in to use a subscription.
Other platforms
macOS and Linux builds are not released. There is no download link for them yet.
